OOOH MY FRENZY....so you just got the frenzy world build, but you dont know how to do some stuff.......let me help YOU with that!
1. how do i change my character, how can i activate modifiers, where is MY PRECIOUS POGO NOISE???? You can activate modifiers in the modded wip menu and if you want to change your character, go to the pallette dresser and select your character. also if you want to play as pogo noise press A when you select noise.
